**Showit** - my website platform. Information may be processed when you visit or interact with my website.

**Dubsado** - my client relationship management system. I use Dubsado to manage enquiries, client information, questionnaires, contracts, bookings and communications.

**Pic-Time** - my online gallery platform. I use Pic-Time to host and deliver client photography galleries and associated gallery services.

**Square and PayPal** - payment providers that may be used to securely process payments. Payment information is handled through the relevant payment provider rather than me storing complete card details myself.

**MailerLite** - my email marketing platform. If you subscribe to receive marketing emails, relevant information such as your name, email address and marketing preferences may be processed through MailerLite.

**Google Analytics** - I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use my website, subject to the cookie and consent choices available on my website.

**Meta Pixel** - I use the Meta Pixel to help measure the effectiveness of my Facebook and Instagram advertising and understand how visitors interact with my website after seeing or clicking an advert. **Edited photographs** - Final edited JPEG files are normally retained securely for up to **five years** from the date of the photography service. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their final photographs, and continued storage beyond this period cannot be guaranteed.

**Online galleries** - Client galleries hosted through Pic-Time remain available for **one month following the purchase of a collection**, after which the online gallery may be removed. Clients should download and back up their photographs before their gallery expires.

**Contracts, invoices and financial records** - These may be retained for as long as necessary to meet my legal, tax, accounting and contractual obligations.

**Client records and correspondence** - Information relating to enquiries and bookings may be retained for a reasonable period where necessary for client service, business administration or the establishment or defence of legal claims.

**Email marketing** - Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent where applicable, or it is no longer reasonably required.

At the end of the relevant retention period, personal information will be securely deleted or disposed of where it is no longer required.
